Not very well sheltered as quite high up, one of our tent poles snapped in the wind!

Proximity to the farm park, fantastic views, all pitches with electric hook up if required. Basic but lovely quiet small site.

    Disliked:

Quite a walk to the shower/toilet block esp when blowing a hooley outside! Would be nice if campsite facilities weren't accessible to other visitors as this might keep them a bit cleaner.

Cleanliness and welcoming host Pam. The site has great amenities and is well maintained.

    Disliked:

Accessing the town is a little bit hairy as there is no footpath on the main road into town. Apparently there is access via a farm track but couldn't locate it.

Lovely clean campsite with outstanding views of the surrounding mountains. Relaxing and quiet with lots of birds in the area. Red kites and swallows soared above us whilst we were there. On site cafe served good food and provided even more fantastic views.

    Disliked:

Toilet blocks were a little disappointing as only 1 toilet working in the ladies. This wouldn't deter me from returning.
We struggled to connect to the Wi-Fi as the signal on the campsite wasn't strong enough.

A well laid out and clean site with lovely views (even though it rained heavily on the day of our arrival). Staff were welcoming when we arrived and the pitch was far enough away from the other attractions to feel secluded but close enough if we needed anything.
