Wonderfully helpful staff. I have only given a 4 for child friendliness as there is an unfenced river and lake in the site and so you do need to be mindful of small children but apart from that - there are lots of lovely tidy spaces to play. The river does have an advantage of keeping the noise from others down so it's not a bad thing, just something to be aware of. You can fish in the river too.

There's not much play equipment for older children but there is a lot so space to roam and explore.

We didn't use the wifi which I believe is available in the Manor House. There is no phone connectivity around the site either. For me this is a plus point!

Nice little play area for the kids the site is full of history and lots to do within a 15mile radius. There is so much to do, hiking fishing on site.

Terms and conditions

Please read the park terms and conditions below and the Pitchup.com terms and conditions.

Dogs
Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

General
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Additional terms

Stays at the park must be for holiday purposes only.

Please note we cannot guarantee specific pitches or that groups can occupy adjacent pitches.

To fish you must obtain an NRA licence from a post office (weekly or full season). There are trout, sewin and salmon in the river Nevern and if you want to fish for sewn (sea trout) and salmon you must have the appropriate licence which is far more expensive than the trout licence. If you live elsewhere and have a fishing licence then the same one applies here. You must show your licence and then the park will issue you with a permit which tells you where you are allowed to fish and some of the river rules that apply to Llwyngwair. This does not cost anything as long if you are staying on site.

Tennis court is available for hire at £3 per hour. Tennis rackets and ball can be borrowed.

Entertainment calendar in operation during July, August and across bank holidays.
