What is there not to like, the grounds are amazing, full of fun and animals.with such an amazing welcome from the owner Chris and the on site pub is small but just right, even the bar maid Nigel made everyone feel at home,I believe that if caravaning is your kind of thing you will find this place out of this world like me and my partner did.they have a really big field for the dogs to run around and also a pond to fish, perfect for the family fun adventure and with it being located between all the small towns of north Wales it couldn't be any more pleasant to stay. We loved it that much we booked another trip the same day we came home, and as me and my partner love to visit different places this is out of Character for us, but it was a home from home and I can assure you, that you will have an amazing time and be made to feel right at home.

Would of liked concerts hard stands but it's a small fault that is completely over looked but how much of a lovely place it is and how much of lovely people Chris the owner is and Nigel the bar main are.

The site was amazing, with a great location just close enough to the town if you needed a super market .

There was more than enough room to each pitch which meant that we didn't feel penned in.

The shower/toilet block was always clean and we never had to queue to use them.

Chris was a great host, everytime that I saw him he asked if everything was okay.

We will definitely be booking again.

This was our second trip to the site as we returned based on our fantastic stay last year. Myself, husband and little one of 3 love this place, we pitched up in the top field which happens to be close to the amenities building and the on site bar (essential obviously). The amenities are the best I have come across in a campsite very clean, well maintained and heated which makes all the difference in cold wet weather (no charge for shower). There are some wonderful good old fashioned tyre swings on a tree which my little boy loved and ample opportunity to explore and have fun in the surrounding fields. The site has onsite chickens and a resident horse which are very friendly and enjoy the attention of campers. The washing up facilities are under cover and also well maintained with the use of washing machine and dryer available at small extra charge (great when you have small children). Although all of the above are fantastic I have to say the thing that really makes this site is the hospitality and care provided by the owners Chris and Toc, their friendly welcoming attitudes makes all the difference. They were always happy to help, provide advice about places to visit and even answer my ridiculous questions as a city dweller haha. We stayed for 5 nights and most of this time was wet and chris understood when packing down this would be difficult with the tent being wet and was very kind in offering a later checkout to allow our tent to dry out before packing down. All in all our trip was superb and made all the better by the hospitality of the owners of the park. Thank You and I'm sure we will see you again soon!!!

We loved everything about this campsite, from the spacious pitches as we had a large tent with awning plus an event tent. Chris contacted us before we arrived which was a nice personal touch, and greeted us as we arrived, to show us round the camp before we pitched 👍👍. All the staff were helpful and friendly. A lovely little pub and food van on site that open from 6 (really nice food) burgers👋💕 plenty of space for the dog to stretch her legs with an added bonus of a doggy wash. The showers and toilets were spotless as was the washing up area. The camp is within easy distance of shops...go carting etc plenty to do. By far the best campsite we have been to and we will be returning next year with the family.

This is the most beautiful site we have ever stayed on, Chris the owner and his family are very friendly and welcoming and was on site to welcome us as we arrived. He took us on a tour of the site before we chose our own pitch that was right for us.

The facility are 5* in our opinion, hot water at all times, never a due for the toilets or showers, the site is well maintained, all campers are friendly new or regulars and very open to give you information on places to go, children and pets are welcome and made to feel welcome too.
The on site pub is small and inviting and has a family atmosphere, and at reasonable price, they also have an onsite burger bar that has beautiful food, they have a new build at the back of the pub which has all the mod con showers and very nicely decorated, they have facilities to wash the dog which is brill after a day on the beach or a walk into the mountains, also the site has 2X washing machines priced at £3 and 2X tumble dryers at £2 (take own wash powder) to help with laundry for people who are staying for a while,(i used and clothes washed very well)
They have free roaming chickens which is lovely.
The fishing lake that is on site is well stocked and maintained and if not into fishing beautiful to site and have a picnic, at the back of the site is an open field with a couple of swings made from tractor tyres, which my children loved
Chris has a quiet policy from 11pm which is good so you know that you are not going to be woken up by rowdy campers.
BBQ and Campfires are welcome as long as kept from direct contact from the floor, logs are available to by from the site as well and the fire pits are supplied for £1 a night.
the site has wifi but it is intermits but not a major issue and you are informed of this on arrival and told were the best places to get the best signal if needed.
