General

  • Llŷn Peninsula site 25 minutes' drive from Snowdonia National Park
  • Onsite fishing lake stocked with tench, rudd, carp and brown trout
  • Modern amenities, laundry room and diving canisters refilled

has plenty of level pitches, all with 10-amp hook-ups, spread out over your choice of three fields. Many pitches are extremely private with shrubs and trees screening each pitch, and free wifi is available across the entire site.

The site welcomes everything from the smallest tent to the biggest motorhomes, with plenty of space for turning and manoeuvring.

An onsite fishing lake is stocked with carp, tench, bream, rudd, crue, local eels and brown trout for anglers and our local heron.

The site also has the facilities to refill 232-bar diving air canisters for divers, with a large bank for multiple fast fills.

Dogs and pets are welcome on the camping fields.

A Londis shop and post office are within one mile.

This was my second visit to Llwyn Ffynnon having previous stayed the year previous. This time we went with 2 other couples to relax during the Bank Holiday.

As ever the site was clean, with fantastic facilities and an improved (expanded) bar area.

Always grateful to be given pitches away from families so that we can pitch together and unwind in peace, and without being imposing on anyone else so we could have a few drinks ourselves!

Good links to nearby Pwllheli where there's plenty of shops/restaurants, great place for people of all ages.

Liked absolutely everything from time we arrived till the time we left. When we got there we were greeted by chris dad as chris popped out.so he showed us around the park where everything was and what pitches were available as we could pick what pitch we wanted. We started to set up and along came chris and introduce himself and asked if were shown where everything was whichhis dad had done. Showers were nice and hot and always clean as were the toilets considering the park was busy from the Friday as was bank holiday. Lovely size pitches and pretty level too. Water and electric close to pitch too. Great location for days out as pretty close to everything. Great little pub with decking area. Best pint of san miguel i had in a while and staff were friendly and chatty. Fire pits for hire and can buy logs too which is good. Chris came round on quad asking people if want logs or anything save carrying them across the park. Great fishing pond didnt fish but deffo bringing rod next time. Will definately be visiting again in the future

Fantastic place to stay, nice site for children and safe.

The owners sited allowed us to pick our pitch and sited the caravan for us and towed it off given the ground has been so wet with the months of rain.

Enjoyed the Family entertainment of egg decorating and egg hunt plus some tug of war and spoon racing.

Looking forward to going back in May.
