Graig Wen in Snowdonia National Park is among the top three sites in Cool Camping Wales. We have also won a Green Snowdonia Award for most sustainable campsite.

Motorhomes, caravans and smaller tents can pitch safely on our peaceful 15-pitch touring site from March to December, where there are sweeping views over the Mawddach Estuary and surrounding mountains from some pitches and the communal benches. There is easy access to very clean washing facilities and two new, hot showers which are free.

You can walk down a steep track through our fields to the Mawddach Estuary cycle trail/footpath along the beautiful estuary. There is a pub about an hour's walk along this path or hire a bike from us.

There is direct access down a steep track through meadows and woodland to the Mawddach cycle trail along the estuary. The wildlife here is wonderful - regularly seen (or heard) on site are owls, buzzards, woodpeckers, wagtails and even nightjars.

We will make every effort to allocate guests the pitch of their choice, however it must be clearly understood that acceptance of a booking is not conditional on the allocation of a particular pitch.

We will direct you to your pitch on arrival. If you are on any doubt if you are on the correct pitch please check with staff. Any guest on the wrong pitch may be required to move.If you wish to extend your stay beyond the booked dates we will do our best to accommodate you but there is no guarantee that the same pitch will be available
