A family-run caravan and camping site set on a traditional working Welsh hill farm, our site lies on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park between the Moel Eilio and Mynydd Mawr Mountains.
The Griffith family has owned this 180-acre sheep farm for over 300 years. The farm has many other animals including donkeys, llamas, pigs, chickens, ducks and turkeys. In the spring visitors can see newborn lambs.
The farm is the perfect place for those who want to experience the outdoors, enjoy plenty of breathtaking scenery and go off of the beaten track.
The campsite has sheltered pitches. We also have a refurbished toilet block with free hot showers, baby-changing facilities, facilities for the disabled and a utility room.
There is a children’s play area, a television room, table tennis and a pool table. Campfires are allowed in one of the camping fields as it is an essential part of a 'real' camping trip! There is plenty of room for barbecues on site.
There are hundreds of acres of heathland to explore from the farm. There are many walks great for beginners and those who are more skilled can walk to the top of Snowdon right from the farm. The family is happy to recommend their favourite walks to guests.
