- Spacious site a short drive from the edge of Snowdonia National Park
- Within easy reach of beaches, watersports and a mountain railway
- Lake and river fishing for salmon and trout, plus miniature golf
Seeking a sojourn within easy reach of the smashingly spectacular Snowdonia National Park? Or stopping off somewhere with miniature golf and fishing on site, close to several splendid beaches and within easy reach by car or bike from several towns for foodie spots and cosy pubs? Treborth Hall Farm Caravan Site should, then, tick off a fair few of your Welsh holiday boxes.
This peaceful walled park is a 25-minute walk into the Anglesey Isle town of Menai Bridge, home to several traditional pubs and other eateries for off-site sips and scoffs. You can be in Bangor on your bike in 15 minutes too, or hop in the car and be there in less than 10; highly beau Beaumaris is bikeable too – reach it in a little over half an hour on two wheels, or be there in half the time on four.
Start off first with an amble over to the miniature golf course: it’s got nine holes around which to practise those precision putting skills, as well as a driving range for long-distance launching. Also splendidly, avid anglers have both a well-stocked salmon and trout lake and a river to fish in from the grounds.
When it comes to stuff for kids to do, they’ve got reams of room to roam freely around, plus a play area too should they require fun structures to clamber on; for a spot of gentle grownup activity, the footpath (and dogwalk for your four-legged pals) leading to the botanical garden is simply fab.
For food on site you’re more than welcome to get a barbecue going – several supermarkets are within easy reach around the nearby towns for all your sizzling supplies, where there are also lots of pubs, restaurants and takeaways too.
Among the on-site amenities are toilets and two shower blocks with coin-operated showers with plenty of piping hot water. If you’re looking to book for a large group, then Treborth Hall also has a dedicated field to cater to events like rallies, charity and corporate dos and family get-togethers, with separate sanitary facilities and marquees available to hire too.
Find nearby sites with availability…
Many sites set a maximum occupancy of 6/8 people per pitch, so try breaking your booking down into smaller groups to generate more results. For example, if you’re a group of 10, enter 5 people in your initial search and then book 2 pitches.
However, where the pitch or accommodation occupancy allows it, you can make a booking for up to 30 adults and 30 children in one booking.
To book multiple pitches or accommodation, use the 'Special requests' box on the booking page to ask to be sited together. Complete the booking form for the first booking (you can add a password and save your card so that we remember your details). Then click "Make another booking like this" at the top of the confirmation page to make the next booking.
Large groups: check the listing page for any group restrictions set out in the terms and section titled ‘Please note’.
