Pease Bay is an award winning beachfront holiday park on the Berwickshire coast popular with families and older people alike, as well as surfers and outdoor enthusiasts from around the country. It is a peaceful location but never dull with an abundance of activities and attractions within easy reach.
The park has been awarded four stars by VisitScotland, indicating an exceptional standard of facilities. Such recognition is hard earned and we are very proud of the service we provide to our holidaymakers.

With a restaurant, takeaway, bar, children’s play area, woodland walks and an award winning beach literally on your doorstep you can choose to do as much or as little as you wish.

Many sites set a maximum occupancy of 6/8 people per pitch, so try breaking your booking down into smaller groups to generate more results. For example, if you’re a group of 10, enter 5 people in your initial search and then book 2 pitches.
However, where the pitch or accommodation occupancy allows it, you can make a booking for up to 30 adults and 30 children in one booking.
To book multiple pitches or accommodation, use the 'Special requests' box on the booking page to ask to be sited together. Complete the booking form for the first booking (you can add a password and save your card so that we remember your details). Then click "Make another booking like this" at the top of the confirmation page to make the next booking.

From the North and South
Pease Bay is just off the A1 9 miles south of Dunbar and 22 Miles north of Berwick. At the Cockburnspath roundabout on the A1 take the Pease Bay exit and follow the road straight down to the bay.
There are National Rail stations at nearby Dunbar and at Berwick. The nearest bus is Perryman’s bus service number 253 which operates a seven day service from Edinburgh to Berwick upon Tweed which stops at Cockburnspath
There are plenty interesting places to visit within a short drive, from the pretty coastal resorts of Dunbar and North Berwick in East Lothian, to Berwickshire’s fishing harbours at St Abbs and Eyemouth. The fortified and fought over town of Berwick-upon-Tweed is just across the border into England. Further south you can explore the fine sandy beaches and historical attractions of Northumberland and to the North is Scotland’s cosmopolitan capital city. Both can be reached in under an hour giving you loads of choice on how to spend your holiday.
