What customers say
Postern Hill Campsite offers a peaceful woodland setting with direct access to Savernake Forest, perfect for nature lovers and dog walkers. Guests frequently praise the friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the spacious, well-maintained pitches. The campsite's proximity to Marlborough town centre is also a significant advantage. While most visitors highlight the positive aspects, a common point for improvement mentioned is the lack of showers, though this is clearly advertised and not an issue for shorter stays.

Electric grass pitch
Liked The space, all the trees, friendly and welcoming staff, brilliant access to the ancient forest, peace, dog friendly, level pitching.
Disliked Although the toilet block is perfectly clean and functional it is small and could do with updating.

Liked Absolutely loved everything about our stay—from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, it was just a fantastic experience. While the setup is simple, it’s all part of the charm—back to nature in the best possible way. Falling asleep to the sound of owls and taking peaceful late-night walks was truly magical. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making the whole stay even better. Already looking forward to coming back soon!
