See all facilities…

Kid around with the goats, have a gander at the geese, or talk the hind legs off Maisie the donkey at this family-oriented site a stone’s throw from the spectacular Jurassic Coastline.

The facilities at Bagwell Farm Touring Park are good, with free showers in the heated toilet block (guests can also luxuriate in a bubbly bath for a small fee), a shop selling local cider and foodie treats, a laundry room and a children’s adventure playground. If camping stove cuisine proves a conundrum, the characterful Red Barn bar and grill does a good line in home-reared beef and lamb dishes - it’s open every day between late May and the end of August, weekends only in low season.

The site welcomes tents, caravans and motorhomes of all sizes, and has a range of pitches with or without electric, water and drainage points.

Terms and conditions

Please read the park terms and conditions below and the Pitchup.com terms and conditions.

Standard Code of Conduct
For Camping and Caravanning

For the enjoyment and safety of all customers

1. Pitches will only be made available at the discretion of the owners to the person named at the time of the booking.

2. Group bookings or non-family groups cannot be accepted via Pitchup.com. Maximum three adults per pitch for Pitchup.com bookings.

3. Commercial vehicles and jetskis cannot be accepted.

4. Pitches are not usually available until midday on the date of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the departure date unless a 'late stay' has been agreed and paid for at Reception (these are not usually available in August).

5. If your unit (tent, motor van or caravan) is larger than the size quoted then the space allocated may not be suitable and we will have to turn you away on arrival. No refund will be made in these circumstances.

6. A strict 5mph speed limit operates on the park. All roads should be used in accordance with the highway code. Any motorised vehicle or scooter is subject to the same rules as on a public highway.

7. Please respect your neighbours' peace and privacy and ensure that they are not inconvenienced by your children, pets or noise, or by taking 'short cuts' across their pitch.

8. Children (under 18) must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

9. Dogs are only accepted if kept on a short lead at all times (even in the dog walk areas). Owners are asked to take their dogs to the dog toilet areas regularly and to clean up any 'accidents' on the park. Dogs must not be left unattended on the park.

10. No pitching of tents or parking of caravans should be attempted on the park between 9.00 p.m. and 9.00 a.m. Instead, an overnight parking area is provided adjacent to the entrance road. (Pitch fees are still payable).

11. Please do not disturb other campers with noise. Music/TVs/electronic games etc. should not be audible outside your pitch. Barbecues and outdoor meals should be completed and cleared away by 10.30pm. and other campers should not be able to hear you after 11pm.

12. Campers are welcome to have visitors, but any wishing to stay overnight must report to the reception first.

13. Barbeques are permitted, but please do not use them on the grass. Bricks are available – ask at the shop or reception. Fires are not permitted (and no big flames from the barbeque please!) and no fireworks or Chinese lanterns may be launched from the site or surrounding area.

14. If a caravan, motor van or tent is not removed from the park at the end of a hire period then we will consider it to be abandoned unless other arrangements have been made with us and confirmed in writing. The unit will be sold and any outstanding fees will be settled with the proceeds.

15. The owners reserve the right to amend and update these rules and conditions without prior notice. Anyone not observing them or acting in an unreasonable manner will be asked to leave the park without refund.
