The area offers outstanding wildlife interest, from fascinating marine life such as dolphins, to rare birds and reptiles. There is also a plenitude of historical and fun attractions for you to discover.

Swanage has a stunning golden sandy beach and it's just a stroll away from the park. Other beautiful bays and beaches nearby include Studland, Lulworth Cove, Chapman's Pool, Kimmeridge, Sandbanks and Shell Bay.

Durlston Country Park, a large nature reserve, is adjacent to the town of Swanage and is one of the best bird and dolphin watching spots in England. This superb area of coastal grassland has lots of activities for children and offers numerous walks, including a woodland trail.
