  • Quiet park with countryside and farmland setting
  • Five minutes' drive from the nearest beach
  • Access to two other holiday parks nearby

It’s jolly diverse, the British countryside. Take for example the quiet Graston Copse Holiday Park at Bridport, where there’s more habitat on the doorstep than visitors can shake a stick at.

You could sit in the shade in the leafiness of the park’s mature trees, amble around the surrounding farmland, go to spot water voles, kingfishers and woodpeckers steps away in the Dorset countryside, or drive to the beach just five minutes away.

There’s also the quintessential English village in the vicinity too: Burton Bradstock with its sixteenth and seventeenth century thatched cottages, beach café and the chance to spot local resident Billy Bragg.

The park has good basic amenities: washing-up area, free ice block freezing facilities and chemical disposal, as well as free showers and free hairdryers available, and a tourist information point with details on what to see and do in the area.

Guests can also pay to use the facilities at the two other West Dorset Leisure Holiday Parks nearby: there’s a large and well-stocked fishing lake at Golden Cap, or leisure options at Highlands End Holiday Park such as tennis, a gym and the all-important sauna and steam room for proper Dorset de-stressing.
