Green fields, butterflies, wild flowers, shady trees, calm lakes...Yeatheridge Farm Caravan Park offers you acres of open space to enjoy a quiet relaxing weekend or an active family holiday.

As well as a fully-licensed bar and restaurant, we have two swimming pools, a games room and all the modern facilities on site to make this feel like a home from home, with firm, level and gently sloping pitches in beautiful surroundings.

We have a well-stocked shop with an ice pack freezing service, Calor gas, Campingaz sales, the essentials and some luxuries – we even stock fishing tackle. Also available are a battery charging service, a payphone and a launderette with automatic washing machines, tumble driers, deep sinks, iron and ironing board.

Around the site there are two and a half miles of marked woodland and riverside walks, or you can explore along our bank of the River Dulch bordering part of the farm. We have a play area for children, a games room, outdoor games field, table tennis, horse-riding around the farm and park rides.

Dogs are welcome, but do need be kept on leads at all times and to be exercised in the dog exercise area only or off the farm.

We have been awarded a platinum loo of the year award 2014.

From M5 Junction 27
Take the A361 towards Tiverton. Stay on the road until you reach the roundabout and then take the first exit. After 50 yards take the second exit of the roundabout and after another 50 yards take the third exit towards Witheridge.

Follow the road for 500 yards, going straight over the roundabout opposite Morrisons. Take the right turn towards Witheridge and follow the B3137 for approximately 9 miles. Turn left approximately one mile past Nomansland.

Follow the road for three miles. Go past The Bridge Inn and continue for 1.5 miles. You will find us on the road.

Note: do not head towards East Worlington.

Our postcode covers a large area. When you have reached your destination please carry on along the road for another 1/2 mile up to our entrance.

Yeatheridge Farm is ideally situated on high ground between Crediton, South Molton and Tiverton in Devon.

You will always find something to do or somewhere to visit, be it seaside destinations or places of natural beauty and interest.

Devon is a scenic and varied county: you will find two national parks to explore within a short drive and there are also the northern or southern coastlines, historic cities and towns (Exeter has Roman origins and a superb cathedral), pretty villages, old pubs by the score with excellent food, and an enormous number of other tourist attractions to pick from.

We reserve the right to close/withdraw any facility due to unforeseen maintenance or necessity.

Dogs to be kept on leads at all times and to be exercised in the dog exercise area only or off the farm.

Swimming pool: no one is allowed to swim alone in the swimming pool. Children under the age of 15 years may only swim if accompanied by an adult.

Fishing: the Upper Lake is for family fishing. You must have a landing net. Access to Lower Lake strictly forbidden to children, even if accompanied by adults.

Lower Lake: minimum 8lb line. No ground baiting or barbed hooks allowed. You must have a landing net.

All children (including teenagers) to be under supervision of their parents/guardians from 10.00pm.

We the right to refuse acceptance or to terminate the stay if conduct is detrimental to Yeatheridge Farm or to other guests without offering any refund.

The owners will accept no liability concerning damage to any person or to personal belongings.

No supermarket deliveries to the caravan park.
