A quiet, family-run site in lovely rural position within easy reach of several beaches close to Perranporth. You'll also enjoy views across the nearby valley surrounded by countryside, with easy access to all of Cornwall and its many attractions. You can travel by car to most of Cornwall within 30-40 minutes.

Perranporth, with its fantastic three-mile surfing beach, sand dunes, rock pools, natural sea swimming pool and shops, bars, takeaways and restaurants, is only two miles from the site.

The pitches are generally level or gently slopping and most come with electric hook-up and personal water tap. We also have new hardstanding premier pitches with waste water connection.

Washing-up facilities with plenty of hot water are included in the price as are the superb shower and toilet block. Laundry facilities are available but at extra cost. There is an on-site shop open at peak times, selling a variety of the usual groceries.

The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act.

There are restricted opening times for the on-site shop during off-peak periods.

Terms and conditions

Please read the park terms and conditions below and the terms and conditions.

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.

Arrivals and departures
Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.
Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.
The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act.

Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
Quiet hours must be respected between 9pm and 8am.
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Units should not be left unoccupied unless previously agreed with the management. Please speak to reception when the need arises, a fee may be charged for unsupervised units.
You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Reception is open from 9am to 6pm between 16/07 and 03/09.

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
Open fires are prohibited.

Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.

Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.
Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.

Additional terms

Showers are free but there is a deposit of £10 required for a key to enter the shower block. This is payable on arrival in cash only and is refundable on return of the key to the reception on departure day between the hours of 9am-11am. You may have more than one key, if you wish, subject to the extra key deposit being paid.

Please note that kite flying is not permitted at any time.

There are restricted opening times for the on-site shop during off peak periods.

A fish and chip van generally visits the site once a week during the peak season.

Laundry facilities operate on a card meter basis which can be purchased from reception. A £6 card should typically provide enough power for one standard wash and tumble cycle with some left over for ironing (longer cycles will cost more).
