Overlooking the picturesque St Helens marshland, this family run campsite is situated on the B3330 just half a mile from the village of St Helens.
Relaxed atmosphere in the main campfied with no marked pitches. Electric hook up pitches available to pre book.
We have plenty of space for children to play, (fly kites and ball games! ) including a childrens enclosed play area,
Close to beaches and rolling countryside, cycle tracks and water sports. Overlooking a SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest), RSPB Nature Reserve, and ideally situated for all local holiday attractions.
The old railway line, now disused, close by, is a beautiful walk that will take you from St Helens to either Bembridge or Brading passing through the Nature Reserve.
With an abundance of local pubs and restaurants nearby, there is a large choice of places to eat at prices to suit all budgets.

Many sites set a maximum occupancy of 6/8 people per pitch, so try breaking your booking down into smaller groups to generate more results. For example, if you’re a group of 10, enter 5 people in your initial search and then book 2 pitches.
However, where the pitch or accommodation occupancy allows it, you can make a booking for up to 30 adults and 30 children in one booking.
To book multiple pitches or accommodation, use the 'Special requests' box on the booking page to ask to be sited together. Complete the booking form for the first booking (you can add a password and save your card so that we remember your details). Then click "Make another booking like this" at the top of the confirmation page to make the next booking.

Bembridge harbour is only a mile away, you will find fishing trips available from here. Horse riding, sailing academies and extreme sports are all in the locality.
St Helens Duver is the nearest beach, and is within walking distance. Appley beach in Ryde, Silver beach in Bembridge, Sandown Bay and Shanklin are all a short car ride away.
The Isle of Wight is blessed with many English Heritage sites, such as, Osborne House: Queen Victoria's seaside palace, Carisbrooke Castle: a fairytale castle where King Charles I was imprisoned, and some famous donkeys still live & work there!

An abundance of National Trust places to visit including Bembridge Windmill, which can be seen from the campsite!
Blackgang Chine, Robin Hill or Freshwater Bay, to mention just a few, for a great family day out.
The Isle of Wight Zoo has a variety of animals, but specialise in tigers and lemurs. There's also lots of "things to do" there too... and is only a couple of miles away in Sandown.
While in Sandown take a peek inside Dinosaur Isle, Britains first purpose built dinosaur museum, and if it give's you a taste for fossil hunting try Compton Bay, where you might just find one!
