Just a short walk from Southport Caravan Club Site, you will find yourself in the heart of the elegant Victorian seaside town of Southport. Strolling past the exclusive shops in historic Lord Street with their vaulted canopies and Victorian glass is like stepping into another era. Opposite the site, there is a nature reserve, Victoria Park with its croquet, bowling greens, and flower show in late August, as well as plenty of family fun on the nearby beach. The site is ideal for dog owners, with plenty of lovely walks in the local area, such as Formby beach.

Southport Caravan Club Site is also a convenient distance away from the spectacular Air Show which is sure to delight the young and old alike. Other famous attractions in the area include the Lake District, the Yorkshire Moors, the Roman city of Chester and Wigan Pier. Southport also boasts a multiplex cinema, located on the Ocean Plaza. All in all the caravan park makes for an ideal holiday touring base, with plenty of worthwhile destinations and activities to keep the whole family entertained.

During the 2014/15 winter, the site had some additional hard standing pitches built as well as an additional toilet block, increasing the on site facilities. This was the third phase of redevelopment works on site in recent years and included the refurbishment of the existing toilet block.

This site is a member of Caravan Club group.
