Late departures - Those wishing to make a late departure should enquire at reception on the morning of departure to see if this is possible. Late departures are not available June to August.

Day visitors - All visitors to guests must report to reception before entering the park and must park their car in the designated area.

Dogs welcome - Well-behaved dogs are very welcome on the park, but must be kept on leads at all times. We welcome responsible dog owners who clear up after their dogs and special bins are provided for this. We do not accept dogs who are likely to cause a nuisance to other guests for example, dogs who bark excessively or are aggressive. Owners of such dogs will be asked to leave, as will owners who do not clear up after their dogs.

Noise levels - As many of our guests choose Moorlands Caravan Park to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the countryside, we ask that music, TVs and all noise be kept at a reasonable level at all times and to an absolute minimum between 10pm and 9am.

Barbecues are permitted, using charcoal or gas, provided they do not cause annoyance to other guests but must be kept well clear of the grass and decking. We do not permit campfires or barbecues with wood.

Arrivals and day visitors - All new arrivals and visitors must call at reception before entering the Park. Day visitors (must be aged 18 or over, no more than 4 visitors per unit/pitch) must park in the designated area. It is not acceptable for visitors to arrive when the reception is closed or to stay later than 10pm.

Whilst every effort is made to accommodate your requirements, we can never guarantee particular pitches.

We reserve the right to refuse admittance or to terminate the visit of any person or persons whose conduct is detrimental to Moorlands Caravan Park or to other visitors. The owners do not accept liability in respect of damage/injury to any person or property of any person using the park however caused or sustained.

No bookings will be accepted for anybody under the age of 18 unless they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

The person booking will be present and responsible for the booking and warrants that they are over 18 years of age. The person booking will be present and responsible for all damages, liabilities and eventualities of this booking unless, prior to arrival, transfer of responsibility is accepted in writing by another attending member with the park’s full knowledge and agreement.

If you or your children are unable to accept these standards of behaviour, or are looking for a different social atmosphere than we aim to provide, then we respectfully ask you to make your booking elsewhere. We also reserve the right to decline or terminate the booking of any guest(s) whose party make-up or behaviour interferes or may interfere with the general comfort of other guests. In this event no refunds will be given.

Any guest who contravenes these terms and conditions will be asked to leave the park immediately. In these circumstances the holiday ceases and we shall not be liable for any extra costs incurred by you.
