We are located in 25 acres of woodland within walking distance of the historic market town of Clitheroe, with panoramic views of Pendle Hill from the park. The picturesque village of Waddington is just a short walk away which has won Best Kept Village in Lancashire award several years running.

Our 3 holiday caravans were all new in 2014. Each one sleeps 5/6, has it's own parking space and outdoor seating area*. Our Gold and Silver standard caravans both have en-suite WCs with the master bedroom whilst our Wheel Chair Friendly caravan has a family wet room.

*Our WCF caravan will be getting out door seating later in 2015.

We have a bar in our Victorian Manor House which is open Friday evening and Sunday afternoon. Our pool and darts room is available to our guests and there is an on-site coin operated launderette for longer stays. The public swimming baths, gym and tennis courts are a 10 minute walk from the park.
