We are set in a leafy and peaceful wooded glade teeming with wildlife, just off the M6 between J38 and J39. With fantastic views of the lakeland fells, this award-winning park is within half an hour's drive of the Yorkshire Dales, and within 45 minutes of the Northumberland National Park and Hadrian's Wall. It's also an ideal place to break your journey to and from Scotland. Wardens Anne Potter and Matt Smith look forward to welcoming you.
The caravan park is dedicated to lessening its impact on the surrounding environment.
Facilities include: electric hook-up points, laundry facilities, excellent washrooms, a large disabled toilet and shower/family room.
We are the perfect base for any holiday, ideally located with three national parks under 30 minutes' drive away from Cumbria, the Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales and Northumberland. There is plenty to do and it's all on your doorstep: we have put together some suggestions for you to do during your stay.
The villages of Tebay and Orton are between the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks, just a 10-minute drive from the caravan park. This is a fascinating area full of local history, striking landscapes, intriguing myths and legends and top quality local producers.
Surrounded by the Howgill fells, these twin communities have a range of attractions and events well worth a visit.

Westmorland Caravan Park is situated one mile north of Junction 38 on the M6 near Tebay, and is reached via the award-winning Tebay Services northbound. Southbound travellers will be directed over the motorway bridge to the northbound services. The site is clearly signposted from both service areas.
