Pitch allocation
Pitches will be allocated by the site owner. We will try to accommodate requests to be in specific areas of the site, however these cannot always be guaranteed during busy periods.

By making a booking you agree that we can store your information. This allows us to complete your booking and allow you to stay. We may also use your information to contact you if necessary. Please advise if you do not want us to contact you by using the contact details supplied in your booking confirmation.

No commercial vans are allowed on the site. If you need to bring a van for towing then it must be left in the car park and at your own risk.

Security barrier
The security barrier can be accessed using your gate card. This should not be used to let any other vehicles onto the site other than your main car.

Extra cars
Only one car per pitch is allowed on site. Extra cars must be registered in reception and parked in the car park. Fees apply.

Speed Limit
To ensure the safety of all guests a strict speed limit of 5mph or less should be used at all times.

There is a maximum of six people per pitch occupying the unit overnight. All visitors are requested to report to reception. All visitors’ cars must be parked in the car park and pay the appropriate fee.

Awnings are erected at your own risk. Any damage/injury caused due to a loose awning is the responsibility of the owner. Please be sensible about weather conditions when choosing to erect your awning.

In order to ensure the smooth running of the park, could you please refrain from putting any insoluble items (e.g. nappy liners, toilet wipes, etc) down the toilets or chemical emptying points as they block up the systems. No bleaches or disinfectant should be tipped in the waste water drains as it impairs the functioning biological sewage treatment plant.

Please be aware that there is a pond, containing deep water, on the lakeside area of the park. There is also a beck at the north end of the park. Please be careful when walking around these areas and ensure children are supervised at all times. All children must keep out of the main farmyard area.

Play Area
Children playing on the play area must be supervised by an adult. Children must also be careful when crossing the road from the park to the amenity area. No children on play area after dusk

Pets are welcomed on site but must not be left unattended and must be kept on a lead at all times. No fouling on the park – accidents must be cleaned up immediately and placed in the appropriate dog waste bins.

Barbecues are allowed but must be raised off the grass. No hot ashes to be placed in or around the rubbish or recycling bins. No open fires.

In order to maintain a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, all games must be played on the amenity area. It is appreciated if noise is kept to a minimum after 10:30pm.

Tourist Information
Brochures and information for local attractions can be found in the wooden hut on the amenity area, opposite the laundry. There is also a selection of menus for local restaurants.

Washing caravans/cars
Whilst we appreciate that everyone takes pride in the appearance of their vehicles, we ask that no hose pipes or pressure washers are used at any time as these severely reduce the water pressure for other guests.

Please use our recycling bins whenever possible, ensuring that waste is placed in the correct bin as labelled: mixed glass; mixed paper/card; plastic bottles / food tins and drink cans.

Motorcycles and scooters are not allowed on the park at any time.
