- Half an hour’s drive from Scarborough and 40 minutes from Whitby
- Dogs welcome; easy access to hiking and biking trails in Dalby Forest
Site type
- Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
- A charge of £1.00 applies for the use of the shower.
- A cable measuring at least 5 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.
- Minimum spacing of 3 metres between pitches.
- Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.
- Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
- The first 10 kWh of electricity per day are free, anything after this will be charged at £0.25 per kWh. From 01/02/2025 there is a £3 per hour charge for visiting and parking in Dalby Forest. There is no charge if you do not use the car parks and just travel through the forest and exit within 25 minutes.

lots of lovely walks with beautiful views, lots of Wildlife around the camp . Owners can't do enough for you. It's a very relaxed environment. Would definitely go again.

The site has great views and is right on the edge of Dalby Forrest so was a great base for us to ride into the Forrest on our bikes.
Very little light pollution so a great spot for looking at the stars too.
We’ll definitely be back, one of the best places we’ve stayed.

Liked What a lovely site ,Bob and his wife were lovely people would definitely stay again and would like too give there dogs 🐕 a special mention, Dorris and Augnus two lovely loving dogs visited us quite regular to our camper van and some times got a treat thanks for a lovely stay
