We have a large campsite, a touring caravan site with hook-up, a children's large play area, fishing rights to the river Derwent, a reputation for a considerable distance for good home-cooked food - and to cap it all, you don't need to drive home from the pub!

Warm and cosy, the Providence Inn extends a friendly Yorkshire welcome to all. With outside buildings, we can provide safe storage for bicycles.

For fishermen or women who would like to try their arm, the river definitely contains pike - we have seen a 20" catch (and release). It is also said to contain other breeds. You require a fishing licence and permission from us to fish the river.
