Park yourself here for a bunch of fun: Park Rose Caravans is a brand new tourer and motorhome site, with six grass pitches for tents (with electric hook-up) in Park Rose Village, an activity and adventure centre in Carnaby three miles from the seaside town of Bridlington.
Little bloomers have a wealth of activities to ramble around: in summer, an indoor play barn with tractor rides and zip wires (there’s a toddlers’ area too as well as seating for the grown-ups), an outdoor mini town with wigwam, school and mini jail for mini miscreants, and a crazy golf course to challenge the grown-ups. Bigger folk are welcome to have a go too at the F1 Racing Track which has a circuit for budding drivers to zip around at £1 a go. (The Barn is now closed for winter; the outside mini town, F1 racing cars and crazy golf will open throughout the winter season, weather permitting.)
But the kids will probably be most eagle-eyed at the on-site Birds of Prey and Animal Park, an award-winning centre with birds of prey including owls and falcons as well as other favourites like meerkats and alpacas. There are activities throughout the season including flying displays, falconry classes, small animal holding and donkey rides; we reckon the pig racing should be a hoot.
Having a lie-in after all that? The Park Rose café serves breakfast all day, and also has homemade cakes and scones, lunches and dinners, and succulent Sunday roasts. So everything should come up roses…
A shower block is also available, and the park has now added new lighting between the caravan park and the loos.
When arriving, please check in at The Café. The Café is open every day from 10am until 4pm.
Single-sex groups of 5 or more people are not accepted via Pitchup.com.

It's now possible to make group bookings on Pitchup.com for up to 30 adults and 30 children.
As long as the 'one unit per pitch' rule is not highlighted on the pitch type information (please check this before completing your booking), you will be able to pitch your tents together on one booking.
If you are not satisfied with the results generated, try breaking your booking down for more options. For example, if you're a group of 10, enter five people for your initial search and book two pitches. Use the 'Special requests' box on the booking page to ask to be sited together when booking multiple pitches or accommodation units: the campsite or park will try to grant your request. Click the 'Make another booking like this' button on the confirmation page to take you back to your chosen campsite/park listing page so you can make your next booking straight away. Please note the same dates and party size will be used, so you'll need to change this if the number of people or child ages are different.
Before booking, please check the listing page for any group restrictions. These normally appear in a section titled 'Please note'. Please also check the restrictions on unit dimensions to ensure your unit - especially for a large party - is suitable for the space you will be provided with.
