  • Family-run park with over 30 years' experience
  • Indoor pool, sauna, spa pool and gym
  • Near BeWILDerwood and the Norfolk coast

If the kids have you well-trained in holidaying near family-friendly attractions, you might want to pitch up at Pentney Park Caravan Site near King's Lynn in Norfolk.

For Pentney is close to family days out like BeWILDerwood and the Norfolk coast, but it's also the base of the Pentney Light Railway, where steam and diesel engines puff along one of the longest tracks in the country most Saturday afternoons in summer. Take the kids to see; they'll be well chuffed.

Once everyone is puffed out with sightseeing round and about, on site at Pentney Park has quite a bit going on too: an indoor pool, spa pool and sauna to unknot sore muscles, and a gym to pound if you just haven't had enough exercise. All are open all year (a small charge applies) and a heated outdoor pool is open during the summer months.

The park covers 16 acres of level grass and mature woodland in Norfolk about 17 miles from Hunstanton. Its other well-looked after facilities include the Birches café and bar, open every weekend during summer and daily during the spring bank holiday and summer holidays; an outdoor table tennis table and a play area for the kids.

There's also a shop very well-stocked with all you could need – the staff can even charge your phone – and free wifi in the shop and café areas during the day.
