King's Lynn Caravan and Camping Park: Touring pitches

General

  • On ten acres of parkland on the outskirts of King's Lynn
  • Eco-friendly amenities including family room and disabled provision
  • Within five minutes' drive of a 24-hour supermarket

Fancy taking your folk to Norfolk? Got a yen for the Fens? Check out King’s Lynn Caravan and Camping Park, where the manicured, spacious pitches are nuzzled into ten acres of established emerald parkland on the outskirts of King’s Lynn.

A swanky, eco-friendly block houses the free hot showers, toilets and vanity cubicles (there’s also a roomy family bathroom and very good disabled provision), plus facilities for washing up and laundry, and freezers for ice packs.

Guests can pick up the basics from the small shop within the reception area, but the site is in any case well-served for local amenities: there’s a big 24-hour supermarket five minutes’ drive away, and a variety of top-notch hostelries and eateries where you can sample the local ale and cuisine (plus a few of the more well-known child-friendly/takeaway chains within easy driving distance).

AA 5 pennants

Please note

No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Guests must bring their own duvets, pillows, sheets and towels when staying in rental accommodation. You will not be allowed to stay if you do not bring these items.

Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the site are unlit.

Excellent site, clean facilities friendly staff and generous pitches04/06/2023

Where to start? The welcome was top notch you felt really wanted at first arrival, shown to your pitch and told of anything was needed to come back to the shop and ask. Lovely flat pitch spacious too and free Wi-Fi great to keep the children amused while the adults set up!
The site is spacious and very tidy and the toilet blocks are the best we’ve encountered being very clean and spacious with nice hot water!
There is a washing machine and tumble dryer (for a charge obviously) and a family bathroom as well as great disabled facilities (don’t forget your radar key!)
The site is dog friendly and dogs must be kept on a lead. There were lots of dogs on site but no sign of any mess so people were respectful of the rules.
The shop was well stocked with a mixture of camping essentials as well as fresh and frozen food essentials and sweets of course!! And the staff in the shop were always very friendly and helpful.
The owner of the site was around quite a lot showing people to their pitches and always happy to chat and wave hello.
There was a play park for children which was again clean tidy and well maintained.
We didn’t use them but there were plenty of what I would call clamping pods and these were not for use with dogs but looked from a distance to be nice and well maintained.
You are only around 20 mins away from the beach and shouldham warren and 5 mins away from kings Lynn with loads of big shops.
We liked the site so much we have booked a seasonal pitch here !

Lovely site, had no issues at all while we was here. Staff was fantastic, really friendly and helpful. Site was clean and seasonal pitches was welcoming. Nice big pitch
Would I visit again? Yes! We wanted to extend our stay but had work commitments the next day.
Make sure u try the goose eggs, they are great!

    Disliked:

Although shower blocks and loos was clean, they were a bit far away if you are at the top near the park.

Was a little far out from site seeing, like beach etc. Although what we did visit was fun just a mission to get too.

Pitch could do with seeding as was very dry and dusty where awning was.

Not really anywhere local to walk the dog. but we did take him out with us to beach and castle visit so he got the walks he needed.

WiFi isnt great but who really needs that when your camping

Lovely site with all the facilities. Lovely friendly staff and a well stocked camp shop. Very quiet area which is as we like no nighttime noise but there was limited lighting in some areas.

    Disliked:

Such a shame as you come onto the site there are caravans/ motorhome that clearly haven’t moved for years. No issue with people staying long term but the stipulation should be for them to be kept clean and tidy. It really did let the site down and as it’s around the reception area they’re in plain view. Long way to bus stop so a car or bikes needed. I won’t stay again nothing wrong with the site but unlikely to revisit area.
