The Tiny Wooden House offers a new and unique concept for luxury glamping. Inspired by a desire to create miniature architecture, The Tiny Wooden House offers all the comforts, proportions and appointments of a normal two-bedroom house, all within a truly tiny footprint.
On the ground floor, guests will find a well-appointed kitchen finished with granite worktops, a foldaway dining table that seats five, a living room with woodburner and stow-away sofa, separate shower and toilet and a master bedroom with kingsize double bed. The first floor has three full-sized single beds arranged around a landing with fold-down staircase.
Central heating (as well as a log burner) ensures a comfortable stay whatever the time of year.
Outside, there's a South African styled 'stoep' or verandah with an indoor wood-fired barbecue or 'braii' which doubles up as an open woodburner. There's also a wood-fired hot tub for solace whatever the weather.
Located on a working arable farm, The Tiny Wooden House sits in one acre of mown pasture for the exclusive use of guests, their children and their dogs.
A host of village pubs and a farm shop are within 1.5-mile walk. We are within a short drive to Royal Leamington Spa, historic Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon, Shakespeare's birthplace.
Features: dogs are welcome, an all-weather indoor barbecue with charcoal/wood provided, family-size hot tub will be piping hot upon your arrival, free supply of logs, real beds with bedding/linen provided and a hot shower and flushing toilet.
Find nearby sites with availability…
Many sites set a maximum occupancy of 6/8 people per pitch, so try breaking your booking down into smaller groups to generate more results. For example, if you’re a group of 10, enter 5 people in your initial search and then book 2 pitches.
However, where the pitch or accommodation occupancy allows it, you can make a booking for up to 30 adults and 30 children in one booking.
To book multiple pitches or accommodation, use the 'Special requests' box on the booking page to ask to be sited together. Complete the booking form for the first booking (you can add a password and save your card so that we remember your details). Then click "Make another booking like this" at the top of the confirmation page to make the next booking.
Large groups: check the listing page for any group restrictions set out in the terms and section titled ‘Please note’.
Large tents/caravans: check the restrictions on unit dimensions to ensure your unit is suitable for the space you will be provided with.

Once you enter the village of Long Itchington, take the Leaminton Road (signposted Leamington Spa). Follow this road for 1.5 miles. You will leave the built-up area of the village and cross over a humped-back river bridge, then under a blue railway bridge. Approximately 400 yards after the blue railway bridge turn into the private driveway signposted Grange Cottages. As you enter the barn conversions bear to the left. Reception is the last barn conversion on the left.
Long Itchington and surrounding area is crisscrossed with numerous footpaths, canal towpaths and two disused railway lines. The railway lines come together to form a junction in a deep cutting that is spanned by an impressive iron bridge that time seems to have forgotten.
The village of Long Itchington has seven pubs within walking distance, a small supermarket and a Chinese restaurant with a greasy spoon-style diner. Within easy walking distance from the Tiny Wooden House are a farm shop with café/restaurant and another pub with spectacular views.
Pubs within walking distance via footpaths/canal:
The Green Man: excellent real ale pub. Doesn't serve food but a chip van visits on a Friday around 8pm and proves to be very popular as the chips can be eaten from the paper in the pub with your favorite drink. Dog friendly.
The Buck and Bell: excellent beers and a magnificent restaurant. Restaurant recommended. Dogs in bar only.
The White Heart: a challenging walk will reward you with excellent beer and fantastic food. Well worth a visit. No dogs.
The Harvester: bar nosh and restaurant with some real ale. The bar nosh is the best value around but the pub is a little run down. Very friendly but the general ambience found in this pub will not suit all. Dog friendly.
The Cuttle: good food, good beer. Climbing frames for children and canal frontage. Dogs welcome.
The Two Boats: great beer and great food; occupies a quaint canalside location. Dogs welcome.
The Blue Lias: great food and beer. Interesting internal architectural appointment. No dogs.
The Duck on the Pond: this friendly, food-focused pub in the village of Long Itchington has cask ales, lagers, wines and a great selection of soft drinks to suit everyone's tipple, while the seasonal and special menus of homemade meals will ensure even the fussiest of eaters won't go hungry. Dogs allowed.
The Hilltop Shop and Café: fantastic butcher and general supplies with top-quality, locally sourced fresh produce. The breakfast and lunch are highly recommended in the café! Within walking distance via footpaths.
