Brook House Farm is a campsite in Wall Under Heywood in Shropshire, situated on a delightful field of luscious green grass, mainly flat, and gently sloping toward the brook where your children will enjoy a paddle in the crystal clear water. This family-run site is particularly suited for families, couples and mature guests.

It is the ideal quiet place to experience a relaxing glamping experience in comfortable pods surrounded by beautiful nature. The campsite is also a fantastic stop for walkers and cyclists.

There is a toilet block with free hot showers.

Terms and conditions

Please read the park terms and conditions below and the terms and conditions.

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.

Arrivals and departures
Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
Units will be allocated on arrival.

Dogs are not allowed in the accommodation units.

Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
Bookings must not be for more than 21 consecutive nights.
Chinese lanterns, radio remote control cars and disposable barbecues are not permitted.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.
Quiet hours must be respected between 10pm and 7am.
Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.
The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Hired accommodation
Hired accommodation: £100 damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

Group bookings of 2 or more units (e.g. tent, touring caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted via

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.
No vehicle movement between 7am and 10pm.

Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Additional terms

Please note, the adult occupancy is strictly limited to up to 2 and cannot exceed this number. No exceptions can be made.

Please remove all boots and shoes before entering the pods, leaving them outside.

No cooking or food preparation permitted inside the pod.
