General

Cotswold View Caravan and Camping Park lies in the midst of the Oxfordshire Cotswolds in an area of outstanding natural beauty over-looking the Evenlode Valley and Wychwood Forest. Set in 54 acres of rolling, wooded farmland our spacious pitches offer the peace & tranquillity of the countryside in which to relax and enjoy your holiday or weekend break.

Cotswold View has broad grass walks and well-signed forest and farm trails around the park where you can see a variety of farm animals; the horses, the sheep, the goats, the pigs, the chickens, the ducks and the Shetland ponies. There are attractive playgrounds for the children including one for under 5’s, and a tennis court and skittle alley for hire. We offer a small, well-stocked shop and off-licence. A wealth of tourist information is also available.

  • Liked:

Clean site, good shower and toilet facilities, lovely area, useful little shop, good layout.

    Disliked:

Lack of staff regulating site. Dogs running around off leads and having to have words with older children throwing equipment around in the little kids play area and generally being disrespectful. When I mentioned this to an older chap who appeared to be a warden or staff on a buggy he agreed with me that the kids do throw this stuff around and climb on it etc.....so why is it left to me to say something! I didn't see any staff checking pitches or enforcing rules on site at all. Expensive if they are not even going to police their own regulations to ensure everyone has a good time, not just irresponsible parents and dog owners.
