General

  • Quiet rural haven in the Lincolnshire countryside
  • Spa on site for pamper days, afternoons or treatments
  • Local pub within a mile and a farm park two miles away

We are set in beautiful Lincolnshire countryside in a hamlet surrounded only by fields. If you're looking for peace and quiet, we have it here. We're surrounded only by beautiful countryside with no main roads for miles.

It is important to note that North Gulham Campsite is a very rural site and we have no toilets or showers - only an Elsan tank which is a chemical waste disposal for your waste. (For previous guests that have stayed with us please note the pool is no longer available for use unless booked for a specific spa day prior to their stay.)

We are in a private location and have just a small number of pitches to ensure the site stays a peaceful and private property for our guests (please note that we do not accept tents).

There is a spa on site available for spa days, afternoons or treatments: all subject to availability and requiring prior booking.

We are the perfect site for a family holiday where you can enjoy a great day fishing or treat yourself to a hard day of pampering! Children can play with our selection of outdoor toys.

Although we are spoilt with our remote location, the site is accessible to all amenities and local attractions.

It was okay. Very basic. The drive in from the main road needs work. 01/09/2016

Like the scenery. And the quietness.

    Disliked:

No reception area to say we have arrived. No-one even came to see us, did not see any management at all. Driveway was shocking full of potholes. It was just a field.

The owners of the campsite are very friendly and welcoming. We were the only touring caravan on the site, but we had use of the swimming pool in the spa when is wasn't busy. The one benefit of having the site to ourselves was that our grandson could kick a ball about to his hearts content without annoying anyone:-).

The site is not too far from the each coast and the weather was lovely which is always a bonus, if you like walking then this is the site for you. The nearest pub is the 'Bull Inn' and the landlord and landlady are very welcoming. We went for a lovely meal at the Salutation Inn.

We had a really lovely few days at North Gulham.

    Disliked:

Nothing really, it is a little remote and basic.

Directions

Head on the A46 from Market Rasen towards Grimsby. Take the turning on your left after Fur Park to North Owersby.

When you reach the T-junction in the village, turn right towards South Kelsey. After leaving the village you will come to a sharp 90-degree bend; follow this road around until you reach the second 90-degree bend. On this bend go straight ahead up a mile long farm track, and the campsite is on the right at the bottom.
