Michelle and Jon and our teenagers Kurtis and Ellis welcome you to our small family-run business. We also have a five-year-old Schnauzer, Smudge, our very friendly little dog who loves everybody.
We are in scenic rural countryside and on a cycle route down a very quiet country lane of Cumberworth, a small village on the Lincolnshire coast. We are set within 6.5 acres and within easy reach of Blue Flag sandy beaches, shops, car boot sales and a seven-day market.
Guests can fish in our own private lake, stocked with different species of koi carp and ghost carp, rudd, barbel and bream and our unique golden tench. There is plenty of wildlife around the site and we have free-range chickens and rare breed sucks - free-range eggs are available to buy from us, as well as fresh home-grown vegetables when available, seasonal plants and homemade chutney.
Chemical waste and clear water point available at the campsite.
The nearest pub serving home-cooked food is just over a mile away.

Many sites set a maximum occupancy of 6/8 people per pitch, so try breaking your booking down into smaller groups to generate more results. For example, if you’re a group of 10, enter 5 people in your initial search and then book 2 pitches.
However, where the pitch or accommodation occupancy allows it, you can make a booking for up to 30 adults and 30 children in one booking.
To book multiple pitches or accommodation, use the 'Special requests' box on the booking page to ask to be sited together. Complete the booking form for the first booking (you can add a password and save your card so that we remember your details). Then click "Make another booking like this" at the top of the confirmation page to make the next booking.
Large groups: check the listing page for any group restrictions set out in the terms and section titled ‘Please note’.
Large tents/caravans: check the restrictions on unit dimensions to ensure your unit is suitable for the space you will be provided with.

Head towards the A111 and turn right signposted Bilsby, Markby, then take the next right onto the Thurlby Road B1449. Follow this road for about two miles and when you come to the traffic lights and one way bridge, take a right and follow this road. At the end of the road there is a church - turn right and follow the road right to the end where you will see a caravan and camping board.
If travelling from Skegness, stay on the A52 passing through Ingoldmells Chapel and Hogsthorpe. When you get to Mumby, turn left at Cumberworth Lane then take a left again follow this road approx one mile.
Skegness, Mablethorpe, Chapel-St-Leonards, Ingoldmells, Louth and the antique shops of Alford are only a short drive away.
We have beautiful sandy Blue Flag beaches and the Gibraltar Point National Nature Reserve nearby; there is a seven-day market at Ingoldmells and car boot sales run nearly every day in the summer months. Butlins is another favourite for a family day out.
Sea anglers are only about five miles from some well known Lincolnshire sea fishing hotspots - Huttoft, Moggs Eye, Anderby Creek and Chapel Point. Trout fishing is available locally at Withern Mill Trout Farm near Alford and other trout fisheries.
Fishing is extra but at a lower rate while staying with us.
