More of a family site, and I would have preferred a quieter pitch. Maybe could have another wild camping field away from main site.

only my second time camping, i was greeted by two friendly wardens who was always happy to chat etc he also advised me on the walk to dovedale.although it was very busy with it being bank holiday and nice weather there was lots of space so the tents weren't on top of each other. seemed to be a very relaxed site. the showers and washing up facilities were cleaned regular and all in all i had a great 3 nights.

    Disliked:

the new showers were the push button kind but you had to keep your hand on the button or they would turn off pretty quick.
