We were attracted to this place by their prohibition of dangerous dogs and not allowing bookings from large multi-family groups however right opposite our pitch there was a grouping of two large caravans, two huge tents, four vehicles, at least six dogs meaning peace and quiet was in short supply, that many people just make more noise and there's no such thing as a dog that doesn't bark. When I brought this up with the people in reception when we were leaving, they didn't seem that bothered so there does seem to be a disconnect between what they promise and what they deliver.

I am sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay with us and felt like the staff in the reception didn't seem bothered by your complaint.
We only allow guests to have a maximum of 2 dogs per family. A lot of families now have family pets which they do not leave behind when they holiday. August is notoriously busy and we have a lot of families staying with us. We do have wardens on our camping field which would have been available for you to raise your concerns to with the potential of offering you an alternative pitch and addressing the situation.
I am pleased though that you liked our washroom, on site cafe and the walks available.

Wonderful views, especially from the dish washing point! Freezer and microwave available. Very family friendly, nice play area. Shower block was excellent.
Great tea rooms and a couple of hundred metres from the falls.
