Absolutely love this site, friendly, clean facilities .
Lovely walks along the canal and pub and Aldi short walk away .
Guinea fowl and Peacocks roaming around are lovely to watch.

The location of this site was amazing, beautiful canal walks, great pubs walking distance, nice showers, friendly people running it, i had a lovely time

It was a lovely small, well spaced site.

The boys loved the small soft play area.

Toilets were clean. Didn't use the shower facilities or the toilets up by washing up.

Spacious pitches

Very poor facility only 2 small toilets on the back field also had to walk to other field to take rubbish and have a shower . The showers where only good if no one else was using them as the pressure was awful and they would go cold

Fasciltes not the best,not very welcoming on arrival,no information, although staff during stay were ok,could do with a bit of a tidy up, I know it’s a working farm but almost turned my ankle on the windfall apples a few times

Loved the relaxed chilled vibes of this campsite. Road noise didn't bother us because we live in an urban area. Loved the charm created by the farm equipment, flowers and peacocks strolling around.
Great proximity to the canal, local pub (which had a nice garden) and shops.
There is some play equipment there but we didn't us it.

As previous reviews have said the facilities do need updating. My child struggled to use the sink taps and flow of water didn't last long. If these were updated we would come back.
I think this site is probably better suited to touring rather than those in tents.

Pool booking system

Bathrooms were okay. Pitches were clearly marked out which was helpful. Friendly welcome. Helpful owners.

Nice to be surrounded by apple trees. Useful for locking a bike to.

Good to hear kids having fun in the play barn.

The info for local numbers in the laundry room would be useful for those who need it.

Nearby canal for walks is a bonus. Nice to sit there for some quiet in the evening.

It’s probably due to electricity access, but it’s a shame that non-electric pitches for tents - which have the least protection from outside noises and fumes - were right next to the hedge with the A38 on the other side.

The scrumpy was very scrumpy!

Wonderful site with excellent facilities (except no WiFi).
