We read a few reviews which wasn’t very favourable regarding cleanliness in the toilets and showers but they was impeccable staff vas very friendly and helpful

Clubhouse and bar staff was very friendly food was good

Touring pitch was horrendous uneven ,waterlogged had to get the caravan towed out the caravan the first plot they put us on understandable they had a lot of rain but not fit for purpose . Fishing lake/pond/puddle very small but well stocked they should state if you intend to fish to bring your rod licence with you as they would not accept that I had one I had to physically produce it before they would issue me a permit to fish which meant me driving back to my home address to get it wouldn’t recommended and wouldn’t be returning .

Not the most clean toilets and shower block. Also changing facilities in pool not that clean.
Originally given a pitch in the middle of the field. We got stuck in the mud and was towed out by a fellow camper with a 4 x 4 Ranger. Found a pitch which wasn't big enough to have awning out. Then moved again after complaining.

The facilities weren’t very good the whole campsite is like pitching on a field - car got stuck, caravan got stuck everything was covered in mud. Club house you couldn’t get a seat. The pool was fully booked before we even got there. Overall I was so disappointed for the amount of money it cost it’s definitely not worth it.

Showers was so small I couldn’t even wash my child. The site was so wet we had to help 3 other people get there caravan and cars of site. The entertainment was over full ever night we couldn’t have a meal as there was never any seats. All activities were fully booked so couldn’t access any swimming or other activities. We visited last year and it was the same but gave it the benefit of the doubt and it hadn’t changed at all if anything was worse.

Pitches flooded really bad mud absolutely every where cars getting stuck churned up grass as nowhere to park only on grass daughters slipped over twice as really slippery yet they kept letting people come on an stay on sodden muddy pitches swimming pool was shut the day we planned to go swimming..such a shame as site is nice
