Loved the activities and all of the multiple options of things to do onsite. Great for kids and adults. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely site for the tents.

Unfortunately the toilets and showers are quite basic.

Very clean site, lots of bins and facilities for everyone. For family's it's great having the owl sanctuary, mini shopping mall, crazy golf and fair ground on site just minutes walk from camping area.

Only one place to get food in evening and on night we wanted to eat out it was closed due to staff issue

The whole site is superb and really well set out. There’s just so much to do and my children had a wonderful time. The facilities are great and the staff were really welcoming and helpful. The little shopping village was lovely and we really enjoyed the Owl Sanctuary. Everyone was superb with my two neurodivergent children and we had a fabulous stay.

The showers are a little low down, so for a tall person this was a bit uncomfortable.
It would be great to have a laundry onsite (we couldn’t find one) as I’d like to stay longer but would need to wash clothes.
They had a problem with the electric going off but luckily we had gas appliances with us (but other people had to throw out lots of food). This isn’t their fault - these things happen.

Enjoyed being able to camp fair away from anyone but still in walking distance to everything

Shower floors could be cleaned a little more often or a wooden drain would be help

We had 2power cuts in 2days… not a massive problem… only for charging devices
Pitches are quite close to one another. Again not a massive problem… just preference.

Location and surroundings were clean and well maintained. Lots for kids to do and local on site shop is well stocked

Sports bar is closed on Mondays and only open 5pm till 10pm. All attractions are closed Monday leaving nothing to do with the kids for a day. No restaurant on site and the closed we found open was 14 miles away. Fairground had 3 rides with a few hook a duck stalls and for the cost of the tickets didn't seem worth it.The two fishing lakes always had a match on so our of 4 days I only got 3hrs of fishing which was £10 plus the cost of maggots took it to 14.

Nice friendly staff clean showers toilets etc , pitch nice and big , close to all the shops etc , nice fishing lakes , classic car show was on rammed and good , the car boot sale is brilliant, legends the new sports bar excellent had entertainment on Saturday night was good . Good value food and drink. Golf very good also .

Fishing being booked out to outside matches, not fair on camping customers planning perhaps to fish , please check the website or call the bailiff perhaps if planning to fish, perhaps the shallow lake needs digging out for the fish to have some deeper water perhaps ?
