Absolutely brilliant place to take kids. Lots to do. Staff were absolutely lovely

Smell of weed everywhere and the WiFi was abit rubbish. But not their fault.

Great site with level, well looked after pitches. Electric hook up worked fine. It was fairly empty when we got there and new tents were pitched very close together which seemed unnecessary but also didn’t make a difference to our stay. Everyone was friendly and there to have a nice family time.
Pitches were close to a small playground that the girls loved. Short 5min walking distance to lots of activities - funfair, owl sanctuary, adventure golf, pottery painting (we didn’t do this), shops, village shop.
Really lovely, friendly staff on campsite reception and anywhere we went on site.

Unfortunately the bouncy pillow (the only free attraction) was not working during our visit - looked like it was burst and looked very worn.

The toilet and shower facilities on the campsite weren’t fantastic - did the job but very worn, cracked floors, looked a bit grubby even though we saw the cleaner doing a good job each day. So clearly they just need a revamp entirely.
Shower cubicles are pretty small - even the family shower wasn’t ideal, right in front of the entrance so freezing cold getting out of the shower.

Shops, sports bar, kids activities.

First off, electric supply a big issue here! Came with two children, one being 7 months old, making a bottle with no electric when paid for electric was a major issue and stressful. Pitch sizes very small. Toilets/showers in need of a major update and clean, they were filthy.

Wonderful site- very welcoming with a good sized electric pitch. Amenities are all nice and clean and the site has lots of things to do. Really enjoyed 3 days of totally unwinding.

Lovely site with great facilities on site with the bar, shops etc. Site wardens are really friendly and helpful. Great location for visiting local attractions.

Absolutely loved our stay. We stayed for 5 nights and we had no issues at all. We had an electric pitch and found each pitch to be of fair size. We had enough space for the tent, car and space to sit/cook. Great activities on site for all kids to do. Reasonable prices too. Toilets were kept clean and tidy. Great little park for the kiddies to play on too.

Didn't really dislike anything - just gutted I couldn't get a magnet as we collect from everywhere we visit. One thing I would recommend is that the washing up area - the sinks are really low and could do with being slightly higher. Had to be bent over to wash up and I'm only 5 foot 4.

Nice pitches plenty to do on site. Helpful and friendly staff.
Had a nice relaxing stay will go again.
