Bell tents, play area, owl sanctuary and the cooking sheds. Overall a hidden gem and we can’t wait to visit again.

Restaurant stopped serving food at 7.30 on the Saturday and we were told we should have pre booked (which we would have had we known but nothing says this at booking or in info pack). Only a small grumble and they still accommodated our food order and it was delicious.

There are quite a few things to do at Stonham Barns and the Sports Bar is really good.

The campsite itself feels like an after thought. It could be lovely but the caravan graveyard is an eyesore and the toilets and showers need knocking down and new ones built. They were not nice at all. I can’t remember when we last stayed somewhere with such bad toilets and showers. The sewerage smell was awful.

Great location. Plenty of activities for children. Clean toilets and shower rooms. Friendly staff.

Worth looking at the web site for stonham Barn before you go so you can get the most out whats going on. Has a car boot sunday. I go again

It is a very big and open site for the kids to play. There are also lots of fun activities and extras nearby.

The smell of the tank from the toilets was very bad and also the toilet block could do with a bit of tlc.

took grand kids camping for weekend. Large plots and lots of space Friendly staff and great base Highly recommend going into the owl sanctuary. Bar area nice, had pizza on the friday night nice food.

Everything!! We love staying here, every one is friendly and you feel so comfortable.
The area is safe not near any main roads and there is so much to do!

Toilet/shower facilities- lovely and clean, nice warm water and 2 areas on the site for showers/toilets so never too far to walk!

Staff- couldn’t have been more accommodating, helped us with every request, and were so so friendly. We were very greatful for them.

Area- peaceful, open and calm.

Kids facilities- play area and WiFi available along with toys/books and games for the kiddies in the washing area- SO HANDY!!
Also within Stonham barns there is a funfair which is a good price for tokens and the kids loved!
The owl sanctuary was brilliant and we all enjoyed the bird show!

We hired a fire pit and logs/kindling for our stay and what a difference it made, it was lovely!!!

There are lots of things to do there at Stonham Barns.
On the site itself the pitches were flat. Toilets were clean but only four camping units on site so wouldn’t expect them not to be.

On arrival there was no one in reception and when I tried to call the numbers given on the door no response to any of them just leave message. Found the lady in charge by asking another camper who directed me to the toilet blocks on the far side of the field.
Toilet block near reception was very old and tatty ( but clean) the other blocks in the field were made from containers. Floor in ladies toilets was split and damaged. One block is directly opposite the teepees - not a very attractive view. No real option on where to pitch as the power had to come of the toilet block as it was being run from a generator.
It isn’t a very attractive site almost an afterthought to the main shopping and activities outlets. The large waste bins are just stood around and there is a caravan graveyard for want of a better term as you drive in. (I believe it is storage but many vans hadn’t moved in years). Train in play park had been made safe with metal caging round the bottom and large signs saying don’t climb on it- glad I didn’t have kids with us.
Having stayed in the old site I would say sadly the new one is very disappointing.
