The pitch was flat and nicely secluded it felt like we had our own private space. The shower and toilets were always exceptionally clean and well maintained. Our son loved the games area and we spent much of our time playing table football and table tennis. Great that it was undercover and it gave us something to do onsite whilst the rain came down. Overall the site alway looked tidy and well kept.
No em va agradar: Our pitch (55) didn’t drain water away very well and under our tent was very soft/boggy to walk on when we arrived and even more so upon our departure. I know you can’t help the weather and most other pitches looked fine. More showers and toilets are needed for this side of the site. We loved the privacy the hedges gave us around our pitch but the nettles really need cutting back when there are going to be children playing on the pitches.

Facilities were cleaned all the time. And love that there was an extra shower for the tent pitches. Was so much easier than going the main blockNo em va agradar: The fact it had rained so much. Which wasn’t the sites fault. However there isn’t any form of road or gravel for the cars to get out. Which meant we were getting stuck quite a bit. Might be worth putting something round the flowers would help to get the field nice then.
Did say there was Wi-Fi but it didn’t work for the kids but we just used our phones

No em va agradar: Tent pitching area is on a high point of the site and can get VERY windy. Only one shower available on the side we pitched on but there weren't queues when we were there!

We appreciate your feedback regarding the drainage issue on your pitch. Unfortunately, it had been an unusually wet July. The need for more showers and toilets on that side of the site is being addressed and we should have a new block with us by the end of this week (12/8/23)
Regarding the nettles around the pitch, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We do let areas grow naturally to provide habitats for the wildlife.
