No em va agradar: Games room closes too early ! 9.30-10pm would be better for teenagers who need something to do in the evenings.
No need to leave tatty yellow cloths on sinks in bathrooms . I guarantee not a single guest would touch these (I presume the point is to encourage people to wipe the sinks after themselves )!!!

The yellow cloths are changed regularly throughout the day. You are correct that it is to encourage our guests to wipe the sinks after they have used them. Lots of our guests do this. A few people will even take them with them!

No em va agradar: Although the new toilet block was lovely, they could do with having another one or two. When all were in use, its a bit of a trek to the main block.

We're pleased to know you liked our well-maintained landscaping. We're sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced with the number of toilets and showers. We have an additional shower/toilet unit arriving this Friday (18/8/23). We do have plenty of toilets and showers in our main block. You probably saw all our seasonal caravans which make the place look busy, but they are are not all occupied at the same time. Your feedback is valuable to us and we'll certainly consider your comments as we continue to make improvements. Thank you for your input.

Also close to nearby towns and amenities which is great. The pitches are large and well distributed. Good distance between pitches, which mean we could barely hear neighbouring tents. Large pitches also meant that we had sufficient space for our large tent and two cars.
No em va agradar: Only two toilet blocks. The one close to our pitch had only one shower, which mean long queues. Wifi non-existent at our pitch. Wish the field with tents also had tarmac to prevent cars from getting stuck in the mud after heavy rains.

A additional shower/toilet unit is being delivered this Friday (18/08/23) The wi-fi is currently being upgraded and will then cover all our fields. At present unfortunately, the local authority planning rules state that no tarmac roads are permitted in that field. Your insights are valuable in helping us enhance our campsite experience.
