Tradueix (A través del Traductor de Google)Em va agradar: A fantastic site, very clean and tidy. Very good sized pitches too each roped off (but it was removable). We had 3 pitchs and combined them into one huge pitch for our setup.
Facilities on site were excellent, clean and well stocked and a local shop has all the essentials should you forget something.
Site was quiet, the occasional car on the main road. Lovely to hear all the birds in the morning and seeing rabbits zipping around on the grass field next to us.
We ate in the pub on the Friday night, food was tremendous, would drive there again just for the food.
Definitely worth a visit and we will return. And if you like to nerd out on ww2 aircraft, the aviation heritage museum is at the end of the campsite.

No em va agradar: The toilet and shower facilities are in desperate need of updating. And the grey waste and chemical waste go into the same drain. Which is a wheelie bin buried in the ground.
Hi Thankyou for your comments, looking at every other review we beleive our toilet and shower blocks are in very good confirmation and im not sure what you would like to be done within these buildings they hold clean toilet and shower facilities heated and very well lite,
The grey waste and chemical waste is connected to mains drain again it’s a disposal point not a lot more can be done for it, it has a lid and is clean and can be cleaned down easily,
I’m not really sure that this is a fair review but it is your opinion, Thankyou for your stay with us and we hope you find a more suitable site for yourselves in the future thanks

Tradueix (A través del Traductor de Google)Em va agradar: It was so easy to book , no need to check in as our name was on a white board next to the barrier and already had an email with our pitch number and gate code so we we’re straight in and good to go ! The pitch was huge with plenty of space for an awning and also chairs outside .there is a lovely park if you have children with you.The pub is lovely and very welcoming and also serves food which on this occasion we didn’t try as you have to book but we will definitely do that on our next visit

We decided we wanted to stay an extra night when we arrived which was accommodated very quickly. The pub itself has some of the most amazing food I have ever eaten, and is also dog friendly! We hired a firepit from their shop which was great value, and the shop is very reasonably priced. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Hi Thankyou for your comments, we do send out a pre arrival email and ask for all caravans to be motor moved or pushed back rather than reversed back in to plots, I can assure you that when doing this there is more than enough room on site and we have never had a issue with anyone not being able to get on to any plots or any other issues
There is ample space for vehicles on the plot or in designated parking spaces we hope this explains thanks
