Everything!! We had a fabulous 3 night stay, the site is the perfect size and really pretty. Helpful owners, very clean facilities, peaceful site, no noise in the evenings. We loved everything about our stay, the owners have thought of everything. We will definitely be back!

Small, tidy, clean, friendly, lovely pub nearby, places to walk dog in nearby woods, near to Faversham and Whitstable. Lovely spot. Follow directions to avoid small lanes, definitely some small ones about.

Really lovely stay at Painter’s Farm! The owners were welcoming and helpful, the site was lovely, small and picturesque with cherry trees, rambling roses and nearby farmland.

The site was quiet with both electric and water as well as wash up facilities, washroom with washing machine and freezer as well as a lovely little well stocked shop.

It is a short drive to Faversham, Canterbury, Whitstable, Herne Bay etc. There are also lots of places to visit in the area. As we had the motorhome, we familiarised ourselves with the local public transport and the local bus is great, filled with friendly locals! It is a little infrequent, so we also used the local Dolphin Taxis which were reasonable and friendly. From Faversham railway station, you can reach lots of places of interest on a short train ride…just make sure you don’t try to travel on a strike day!

Showers were lovely and clean, but agree with other reviews that they could do with upgrading.

Amazingly friendly hosts who went out of thier way to be helpful. Spotless facilities, shop had all you would need.

A fridge would have been helpful as only had freezer.

Lovely site, the hosts were very welcoming and the facilities were clean and welk maintained. Great base to visit nearby historical sites and for lovely walks in the countryside.

Only 2 showers available for women and one had a substantial leak in the pipe which meant that little water came out of the shower head

Painters Farm Campsite is a must if you want to escape your busy lifestyle. You are welcomed by a very friendly, helpful couple and a picturesque campsite with beautiful green grass and cherry trees. Painters Farm offers all the facilities you need and is family and dog friendly. We were very blessed with the weather and evenings were spent around cosy campfires and sunset glows.

Second visit to painters since new owners have taken over and it was just as lovely this time. Immaculately clean site, hot showers, wonderful friendly and helpful owners and a lovely enclosed site that allows children to run free without parents worrying as nothing is too far away.
Owners go over and beyond to talk to guests and go the extra mile in helping to make the stay as comfortable as possible including allowing the teens to charge phones in the office to avoid parents having to deal with the moodiness that comes with not having access to social media.
Little shop has everything you would need , there is a wash room with washing machine etc which is a lovely touch, football field , dog exercise area and little park and nice walks close by.
We have stayed in many camp sites and go at least 2/3 times a year and painters has become a fond favorite of the group of 11 of us.
