We can only apologise for the road noise but due to the close proximity to Chester and the motorway links to Manchester/Liverpool/North Wales we do experience traffic noise.

There was water on each pitch and the showers and toilets had been newly renovated and spotlessly clean. There was even a cafe selling breakfasts and snacks. There was a bus stop outside the site into Chester, though the service was infrequent, but the park and ride was a 10 minute drive away. There was also a lovely restaurant less than a mile away.

Access was easy, even though we were late but sufficient instruction had been given to us.No em va agradar: The Grey Water discharge point could do with looking into as it was very tight for our motorhome, and I couldn't see where the water was discharging to.

No em va agradar: We booked an extra night on the 14th March. We had already paid the original bill but I was not asked to pay the extra night at the time of booking. I then received an abrupt email asking me to pay immediately as this was due on the 8th March, before we had decided to stay the extra night. I was quite offended by the tone of the email and as Pitch Up had not asked me to pay I assumed I would pay on arrival. The receptionist apologised but said these were automated emails. This is not acceptable under these circumstances.

I can only apologise once again for the email upsetting you. Like my colleague and myself said, the emails are automatically sent. The last thing we want to do is to offend anyone. We will certainly look into changing the wording in the automated emails that are sent out.
