The caravan was old but clean and comfortable and perfectly positioned to see the sunset. A welcoming home-made cake was a lovely surprise.

Beautiful views from the site. Also loved that the owners have a meadow with benches scattered through to sit at.
The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

There was ample space for tent and car and a lovely touch was that each pitch is given a picnic table too. The pitches get the sunshine all day long (we were blessed with glorious weather) and had plenty of space around them for the the kids to play when they weren’t in the play park. I appreciated that the owners could cram more pitches in but don’t, instead, offering space between fields and around the perimeter for dog walking (or in our case kids running off unspent energy!) The facilities were clean and well looked after. The site is situated on a road that is about a 10 minute drive from Bude- perfect for ease of travel- the only drawback is that the road is well used from quite early in the morning. We would definitely visit again! Fab site!
