No em va agradar: Campsite shop wasn’t open as stated during opening hours. Finding the activities wasn’t easy and when we did it was very expensive to do anything, especially eat. Campsite WiFi didn’t work.

Tradueix (A través del Traductor de Google)Em va agradar: Self-service check-in via an email in advance. While I didn't use them, they have a Revolution washer and dryer facility and the location is large and easy to find.
No em va agradar: The toilet/shower facilities always seemed to be really dirty. I did see someone trying to access them to clean but this was early morning, while they were being used so I don't know if they all got cleaned every day. It would be good for each compartment to have a floor blade squeegee and some cleaning spray to wipe down after each use.

No em va agradar: The cleanliness of the shower block and toilets was disgraceful. The disabled shower had no hot water and when I requested if there were any disabled access in another block, I was told to "go and look". The receptionist was exceptionally rude and surly even when the electrical point would not work. There were limited showers available across an exceptionally large site and of those available, many had broken locks, overflowing sanitary bins, poo smeared along walls, filthy showers and limited hot water. The facilities were not cleaned within the whole of our 3 night stay. Judging by previous comments, this site does not take on board reviews!

Nicely presented site (with the exclusion of the toilet and shower facilities)
No em va agradar: Check in process - was told to go to a particular site number but it had been taken. Was also informed that there was currently no hot water in the showers and therefore one of the blocks was unavailable.
On using the other shower block, the facilities were outdated, also had to press the shower every 10 seconds
The lights did not work in the toilets and do people were taking torches/ phones in.
No toilet roll in the toilets.
The whole block was very dated which is a shame as the rest of the site looked quite well preserved
No mention at all of the National Watersports Centre at all on arrival despite being mentioned on all site info upon booking. The site map given didn't even reference it despite the site being marketed as 'home of the National Watersports Centre'
We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed the play park, and we hope you had the chance to visit the large destination play park in the country park as well. Apologies for the hot water issues during your stay. Unfortunately, we experienced a boiler failure while you were here, but we're actively addressing the situation. While three of our facilities were unaffected, one block did experience issues. Thank you for your feedback, and we appreciate your understanding.
