Great Park great facilities

Was put on a dusty pitch even though the park was near empty. Would rather have been on a grassed pitch away from the diggers and machinery renovating some of the pitches. Our group was in two caravans. Our cars and vans were covered in dust inside and out.

Nice local location for us. Lots of facilities close by.
Staff were helpful and very accommodating.

The shower/toilets could have been checked and cleaned to higher standard.

Amazing site, good quality shower block, great to see big groups with families enjoying themselves, shopp was fully stocked for everything you needed, watersports shirt walk, will defo be back.

People going to bed @ 9pm expecting everyone else to be quiet.

All information provided by email on the morning of our stay to enter site and to pitch. Friendly atmosphere and no issues on site..lots of families having fun. Warm showers. Clean site and pitches, small shop on site. Contacted the site representative via phone to move from original pitch, our request was happily accommodated and he was very friendly, despite me calling three times. We enjoyed our stay.

Shower and toilet facilities are basic but adequate for a short stay. Could be updated/improved for a higher rating.

The weather was fantastic !

The shower and toilet blocks are dismal. There was 2 pot washing areas for a massive site, which one of them got closed down !
The site shop is either shut or had the cleaner trying to man it as the staff didn’t turn up. But to be fair you’re best off driving 10 mins to home bargains as it lacks anything you will need.
There is no security or site staff, it was 1.30 one night before we could get any sleep as there was a massive group with a fire pit that you’re not supposed to have.
The water park is a short walk but again there are all stalls and shops but only 1 open, it felt like closed season not the end of June.
There were building sand and stones on a disused pitch which was constantly covering everything!

The size of the pitches were great. The playground for the little one was good although some of the other children and irresponsible parents let it down a little.

There was no evidence at all the toilets had been cleaned all weekend. There was no evidence that the site was person Ed by a warden and that they took any responsibility to enforce curfews and excess noise.

Pitching area and proximity to watersports.

Toilet and washing up facilities were not clean and noise after 10.30 pm was not controlled. Also with the work going on on hard standings it was like being on a building site the first two days and everything was covered in dust.
