Easy arriving with all gate codes and pitch number and site map provided in email the day before. Staff where helpful and polite site overall was clean and tidy.Enjoyed the stay and added extra nights.

Not enough showers and toilets for site

Enjoyed the stay here the toilets were cleaned and regularly stocked the workers nice ice cream van which came on in the evenings and the park was great for the children they have a shop on site also

It wasn't obvious that the activities on the pictures were not included with the campsite stay they all have additional costs apart from the park. The shop also was double or more in price for certain items.

The pitch was lovely, it was very spacious & we loved how the children were able to play in the middle of the grass. The playground was great for the children. The shop assistants were so friendly & very cheerful which was lovely.

I didn’t like the toilets & showers. The toilets were absolutely disgusting. They never seemed clean & a lot of the women’s toilets were blocked. The showers were either very hot or went really hot whilst showering which is the obviously dangerous for small children. The showers didn’t last like & you kept having to press the button on.
By the sinks you could do with some hooks or shelves for you to hang up your towel or toiletries whilst washing your face or brushing your teeth as you had no where to hang anything & you had to balance your stuff on the other sinks.
The shop prices were quite expensive for some of the items especially the chocolate. The grass could have done with a cut as it was quite long in places.

So many activities to keep the kids busy, happy and tired out by the end of the day. As the weather was bad for most of our stay but was great at the end of our stay we decided to extend and the staff were great moving things around so we could stay on our pitches. Great countryside fell while only a short drive into town.

Toilets not cleaned regularly

Level campsite. Decent size pitch. Easy to get to from the motorway. Peaceful geese. Handy shop on site. Hot water for showers and washing up. Nice play area for children. Nearby to water sports and the beautiful Colwick country park. I felt safe. I didn't use the water sports facilities, but if you're into that and you book up in advance it's a great option for activities.

Not enough toilets/showers in field "group camping" . Unclear whether cubicle is engaged/vacant. If willing to walk to next field the toilets and showers are more plentiful and easier to access. Expensive pitch for one person with just a small tent - probably better value if you have a bigger tent and more people. Some litter around the site, had to clear my own pitch on arrival of few beer cans and empty packaging.

Site location with access to the Water Sports complex and Nottingham city. The site was busy but a lovely setting with ample room.

Gents toilet facilities were very tired being dirty inside and out, with individual toilets difficult to flush and regularly left unflushed.
Shower cubicles with blocked drains.
Camper van toilet waste point drain blocked with raw sewage covering the base of the disposal.
