    and had 2 pods rented. We travelled in a large group 12, only 6/7 were staying on site, arriving 3pm, the rest in bnb dotted around doolin. Understandably the size of a group this size would put a nervousness in anyone and from the off, owner Ken let me know that stags were not welcome. I spoke to owner and assured him only 6/7 were staying on site. I did not mention we were stag as his earlier comments made me think he would run us off. After two drinks we left the site @5pm. Out of respect to owner and other residents I did not put on stag costume and waited until much later to do so. We arrived back at site @2am in dribs and drabs, weather was atrocious. I was wearing costume. As we entered a roar went up "I knew ye were a stag" the owner, as if laying in wait for our return. I kept walking the rain was heavy I just wanted to get my bed, a friend approached Ken, told him relax we're not causing trouble and followed. 5min later a knock on the door of pod, who is Ken, complaining of noise. Let me reiterate we were all fit for bed (not young ones anymore).There was no music, no loud laughing, jeering, no complaints from neighbouring residents just talking about the great night had and our experience of owner at entrance. Ken went on to say we were very loud and he could hear from road. I told Ken exactly what ive said here, I have been coming to Nagles for 12 years and how I love the place. We caused No trouble, No Late Drinking, No messing. Sadly Ken wasnt there in the morning when I left. Dont judge all by the mistakes of a few. Ken you have lost a good customer here and I will no longer recommend your venue to anyone. Relax a little. Repeat customers are your livelyhood, treat them better. The owner has serious lack of customer service skills.
