Everything! This was our favourite getaway to date! We can’t wait to rebook for early next year. The hosts genuinely went above and far beyond to make us welcome. Recommending fantastic local activities for us to visit / places to eat. Cuddling the alpacas was amazing. When I say cuddle I mean one of them wanted a full cuddle! They pick and choose who and when they want attention with no pressure for them to act in a way they don’t want too. I was even lucky enough to pop a little coat on one of the older girls so she didn’t get cold! Beautiful and spotless site. Lovely pub. There wasn’t a thing I would change.

My poor time management! You must eat before you visit the lovely onsite pub or like us your’ll leave far earlier then you want to.

Everything. The hosts were very accommodating. The pitches were spacious. The showers were fantastic and super clean. It was great being near the railway station and the pub was a real bonus. The alpacas were rather special as well.

Absolutely nothing

We were there probably on the worst weather of the year. But we had a great time. Lovely clean site, and what to do when the weather is bad? Well go the pub, and the Alpacas Arms was great, warm and welcoming, and the hosts were brilliant x

We had a really special stay here! Excellent campsite with friendly and helpful owners, and wonderful alpacas! Loved the alpaca arm pub. Would definitely stay again.

Loved it.. Julie &Gary were the perfect hosts. The pub on site is great and everyone on site and the locals were great fun. Feeding the Alpacas was an absolute dream come true.

Amazingly clean toilet facilities with nice hot shower. And plenty of pegs to hang up clothes while you shower.

Small sized site with excellent facilities, toilets, showers and pub! Pitches are a generous size. Nice quiet site, handy for walking routes and river humber. Really welcoming hosts. We would recommend the chinese take away a short walk away. Being surrounded by alpacas and being able to feed them their breakfast was the cherry on top!

Really great site, I had a perfect stay. Beautifully maintained pitches, and shower/toilet block. Hosts were lovely.
And loved the views of the Alpaca's and sheep friends... feeding and learning about them on the morning feeds was a highlight. Very recommended, would love to stay again.
