Where the site was situated was beautiful, the surrounding area stunning plenty of things to do and see.

Facilities were clean, but what about the windowsils ? Dead bugs and cobwebs! Outdated signs still hung up ! The ceiling fan needed cleaning as it was caked in fluff and crime and was noisey.
Took 3 days for someone to brush up all the leaves in the door way.
Needs updating... shower curtains things of the past and clung to you while you shower !! Hygienic Not !

Clean and tidy site, well laid out with good sized pitches. On site shop was well stocked. The staff were all friendly and very helpful.

Staff - everyone exceptionally helpful and very friendly. Very relaxed site. Option to choose a pitch when availability.

Traffic noise - only at one end of the site really which can’t be helped. I think many people didn’t even notice, I live in a very quiet area so it was more obvious.

The toilets and showers are getting a bit tired but they were clean

The friendly staff and the pitch we had was great, a bit disappointed by the bins being full and took 3/4 days to be emptied. Although there were other bins the smell from these ones beside the toilet and shower block was not pleasant. The showers are not designed great as regular campsite users we found the cubicle too small and the water running from the end cubicle through the other 2 off putting as you are standing in someone’s dirty water. It would be good to have a better area outwith the shower to stand and get dried off and dressed which we have found in other parks and it makes such a difference.

I thought the park was very quiet and peaceful with great location to and from the new forest , Bournemouth and the quiet village Milford on sea !! The staff were very welcoming and made the stay very enjoyable

The only downside were the toilets at times they were a little messy more to do with other people not cleaning after themselves !!! Floors around the showers were a little dirty on the floor but again that was due to laziness of other people not staff !!! There were mops and brushes available in the toilets and shower facilities but sadly weren’t used !!!!

The quiet away from the main site but close enough and with the access to use it.

The park was busy but still well maintained.
Thank you to Jane the lovely lady who went above and beyond to help our stay even better. Have been back here now 5 times and will definitely come again. All staff are polite friendly and happy 😊
