Hate the toilet key as a few times I forgot it and had to return to the pod for it 😞

Lovely site with great amenities including onsite bakery / shop and a great pub. Shower blocks were clean and well equipped. This is also a very well maintained site and the grounds are lovely.

Check the dates on fresh stuff from the bakery as milk we bough was out of date

My wife and I camped for three days with electric hook up, what a lovely experience we had.
From the smiling/ office Welcome checking staff to the cleanliness of the shower and toilet facilities, this holiday park for our camping experience was top draw.The on sit bar was friendly and reasonably priced, to the shop which provided takeaway food also again at reasonably prices.
The location of the camp site is great if you want nice relaxing walks but not to far from Penrith town.
If you are thinking of using this facility for a base and going to Kendal Calling, it's only a 25/30 min walk.
No em va agradar: When booking this facility, I was looking for on sit bar, shop and electric hook up for my EV.
Unfortunately the EV hook up wasn't working which was disappointing.
